Frequently Asked Questions

What is a life/relationship coach?

The short answer - a life coach helps you solve problems.

The role of a life coach is to help people like you develop a solution-orientated perspective towards life’s challenges.

These problems could be in any area of life, including:

  • Romantic Relationships

  • Family Relationships

  • Career/Business Goals

  • Fitness Goals

  • Breaking Bad Habits

  • Overcoming Psychological Barriers

I first help you identify the root causes of your concerns. While a life coach functions similar to a therapist at this stage, it's important to note a life coach is not a Psychotherapist.

Once we have worked together to identify your problems, I'll suggest personally-tailored solutions for you to implement.
